Paradise Writing Policies
Potential Clients are advised to read and understand these policies before enlisting the services of Paradise Writing
We strive for 100% client satisfaction.
In the rare instance that Paradise Writing and the client have exhausted all attempts at revisions and are unable to reach a consensus on the final document, we have the following refund policy in place:
If a client cancels a project before submitting any personal information for use in the project, they can receive a 100% refund OR the ability to use the full purchase price as a credit toward another Paradise Writing project.
If a client cancels a project after submitting personal information but before receiving the first draft, they can receive a 50% refund to account for processing and evaluation on the part of Paradise Writing.
If a client cancels a project after receiving a first draft or any subsequent drafts, or after approving and/or receiving a final draft, they will not receive a refund as services have already been rendered, and intellectual property has been delivered.
Feedback and Revision Policy
Paradise Writing strives to provide exquisitely tailored documents through boutique client service. We believe in working closely with clients to achieve their goals, and that is best accomplished by a streamlined and efficient process. As such, we take the feedback and revision process seriously, and encourage our clients to do so as well. To that end, we have established the following feedback and revision policy:
A first draft and up to two (2) subsequent revised drafts of client documents are included in the service fee before sending the final document. This is four (4) drafts total.
There will be a charge of $25 per page for additional revisions, if requested.
To ensure we can provide consistent, individualized quality for all clients, Paradise Writing has established deadlines for clients to provide feedback during the revision process.
Paradise Writing cannot accept feedback or make changes to documents outside of these deadlines.
In the case of an emergency or other extenuating circumstance, clients can notify us, within the deadline, and we can consider an extension.
Notifications received outside of the deadline cannot be accommodated.
These deadlines will be clearly included in the emails of all drafts.
For client reference, the feedback and revision deadlines are as follows:
Upon receipt of the First Draft, Client will have Seven (7) business days to reply with feedback or notification of delays
Upon receipt of Revision 1, Client will have Three (3) business days to reply with feedback or notification of delays
Upon receipt of Revision 2, Client will have Three (3) business days to reply with feedback or notification of delays
The Fourth Draft is final and therefore no feedback will be necessary, unless Client chooses to purchase additional revisions.
Service Time Cap
Due to staffing and information security constraints, Clients will be given a maximum timeframe of one (1) year from initial payment to complete service.
This includes providing initial information, completing feedback and revision rounds, and approval of final documents.
Any work not finalized by Clients within one (1) year will default to a completed status. All records will be destroyed. Future changes or revisions will incur new charges at the latest rates.
If Clients anticipate needing longer than one (1) year to complete a service, including providing feedback, or finalizing delivered work, Paradise Writing is happy to discuss deposit and retainer fees.
Academic Paper Editing Policy
*Paradise Writing is staunchly opposed to plagiarism and believes firmly in academic integrity. To this end, we have established the following policies and disclaimers.*
Paradise Writing provides editing service for both private and academic papers.
For private papers, this includes proofreading, correction and condensation of grammar, spelling, structure and expression. We work with you to ensure your vision shines through clearly and accurately. We do not provide ghostwriting services.
For academic papers, this includes checking for adherence to format (MLA, APA etc), proofreading, correction and condensation of grammar, spelling, structure and expression. We work with you to ensure your viewpoints, opinions and arguments are clearly and accurately displayed.
All academic papers submitted for editing services must be complete in page count, content and reflect the author’s original work.

Pages submitted will undergo editing only, no additional content pages or paragraphs will be created by Paradise Writing.
Pages submitted will be subject to a plagiarism pre-screening. If plagiarism is detected, Paradise Writing will cancel the client order and refund all payments. Repeated submission of plagiarized content will result in a permanent suspension of Paradise Writing editorial services.
Pages submitted will contain required resource references/citations. Paradise Writing will not be responsible for researching resources for provided content.
Repeat violators of this policy will be permanently refused editing service.
